We have a huge range of the latest cardio machines in our cardio area.

Zumba

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

We offer zumba classes for all levels with our experienced fully licensed instructors. Gwen, Kendra and Jenny

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

We host the largest range of equipment in the triangle. We offer both pin and plate loaded machines to suit your fitness needs.

Free weights

A free weight is any type of weight training equipment that does not limit the range of motion with which you can use it. These types of weights are useful for building strength, speed, flexibility, balance and muscle mass.

Our 3500 square foot free weight area is what sets us apart and above the other clubs. We are a true gym!

Great gym! Really good range of equipment and lots of space. People are always super friendly and Scott the owner is always on hand to help you out with advice. My wife loves the zumba sessions with Gwen.
They also have the biggest collection of free weights in the area.
